**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Execution: Actively engage with potential clients to sell our products or services. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Field Operations: Perform field-based activities, including visiting client locations, attending industry events, and conducting market research. Ensure effective execution of sales strategies in various environments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to tailor sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in field operations and direct client interactions.
- Field Job Experience: Proven experience in field sales roles, including on-site client visits, market research, and event participation.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively pitch, negotiate, and close deals. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities in the sales process.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional Skills: Experience in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
