We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services in Vasai - Virar (later to Mumbai). Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct cold calls, visits, and demonstrations to introduce products or services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Execute sales strategies effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must know how to drive a Motorcycle, Valid driver's license and clean driving record
