**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our expanding team. The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of solar energy among MSMEs and homeowners. **Responsibilities**:

- Effective relationship-building through communication.
- Quick problem-solving capabilities.
- Determined to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in negotiating and closing
- Identifying Potential Leads and New Customers
- Understanding Customer Needs
- Presentation
- Handling Objections
- Providing Post Sales Support and Addressing Customer Inquiries
- Taking References from Clients
- Gathering Information on Market Trends and Competitions
- Daily Reporting
- Time Management & Adaptability (Adjusting Strategies based on Client Feedback and Market Changes)
- Collaboration (Working With Marketing Team For Alignment)
- Continuous Learning (Improving Skills through training and Development)
- Ethical Conduct

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of solar energy or a willingness to learn
- Owns transportation for local commuting (Two Wheeler)
