Happy clients are top priority for INT. With that in mind, we would like to hire Client Partners who can be INT.’s face for the clients. They would own, manage, and grow INT’s relationship with clients. We embrace consultative sales to ensure our clients get the best advice and solutions. Hence, we would like the Client Partners to be techno-functional who understand Retail business processes and can articulate and deliver the impact that IT can bring for the client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep oneself updated about the industry and client’s IT priorities Proximity to clients to understand their priorities better and be able to suggest suitable solutions that INT.
- can deliver to them Expand network within client’s business and IT teams to enhance INT’s presence with the client.
- Ensure the revenue and margin targets set for the account are beaten or met Work with client’s finance teams to ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Work with INT’s delivery team to understand INT’s capabilities and offerings so that the client gets the best solution for its needs.
- Together with INT’s delivery team, develop proactive and RFP based pitches for the client.
- Work with delivery team to estimate and manage the commercials of the solutions that is proposed to the client.
- Review project status with the clients and internal delivery team to proactively assess the health of projects / account and strive towards keeping the status as green.
Depending on the size of the account, manage multiple clients. Be a great brand ambassador for INT.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with 3+ years of managing the Enterprise account relationships.
- Understanding of Retail and FMCG domain and technology.
- Business studies/ management background preferable Consultative sales experience.
- Comfortable in working from and travelling to (within the city) client location(s).
