Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Partner will oversee audit, assurance, and taxation projects to ensure they meet client needs and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, supervising teams, strategizing financial and regulatory solutions, contributing to business development, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of engagements. Collaboration with colleagues across the firm and leadership on specialized projects is a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Audit, Assurance processes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in Financial Compliance, Taxation, and development of control/audit manuals
  • Strong leadership, management, and team supervisory skills
  • Proven ability to build lasting, professional client relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA are highly desirable
  • Prior experience in management or partnership roles will be advantageous
