**Position: Indian-Chinese Cook**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian-Chinese Cook to join our team at [Your Restaurant Name] in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. As an Indian-Chinese Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Indian-Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes such as Manchurian, Hakka noodles, Chilli chicken, and other popular items.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the specified recipes and standards of the restaurant.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to order ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of orders.
- Adapt to customer preferences and dietary requirements as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Indian-Chinese Cook or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian-Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
