**Job Title**: Cook All-Rounder

**Location**: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Hotel in Resort)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and snacks, according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of meals during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including food storage, cooking equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food products.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and innovative menu items.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook All-Rounder or similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or resort setting.
- Proficiency in preparing a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with certification or training in food handling preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the operational requirements of the hotel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
