**Location**: Mumbai Ghatkopar (Hotel in Resort)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines, according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including food storage areas, cooking equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety for guests.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food products.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, with the ability to prepare a diverse range of dishes.
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification or training in culinary arts is a plus.
