**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to international customers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s products or services to potential customers.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Answer customer questions and resolve any initial concerns or objections during the call.
- Record customer information and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with international customers.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage time efficiently.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call logging.
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
