**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and Contractor to generate leads, sales, and to enquire about new enquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally
- Update customer database and records accurately
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies
- Build relationships with customers and prospects through effective communication

**Required Experience**
- 0-1 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain strong industry network and relationships.
