Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller position located in Indore. The Caller will engage with clients to provide product information, respond to inquiries, and address concerns effectively. Responsibilities also include maintaining client communication, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Caller will be expected to contribute to the development and execution of outreach strategies designed to improve customer engagement and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in customer service, telephone etiquette, and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking for addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call management tools is an added advantage
  • Confidence in navigating customer engagement strategies and collecting detailed information
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is beneficial
