You will leverage data-driven analytics and processes to develop and implement strategies and techniques to grow the online business, retain loyal customers and increase retention rate. This role requires high analytical skill and ability to extract learnings, insights, narratives, etc. from data. You will be required to own all lifecycle marketing strategies which identify valuable consumers and opportunities and ensure seamless improvisation. The management of external relationships related to CRM and database management will also be part of the role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for all activities related to engaging and retaining customers to improve their lifetime value and overall experience with the brand.
- Ideate and execute new initiatives and campaigns that drive engagement and repeat revenue.
- Manage and optimize customer retention & experience programs like Loyalty and Referral
- Understanding consumer cohorts & purchase behavior of customers & taking actions based on insights
- Continually optimize relevant metrics and identify room for growth and innovation
- Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets

**Requirements**:

- As an executive in fast-paced e-commerce, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success.
- You should have high analytical skills and capability to extract learnings, insights, narratives etc. from data.
- Also Have experience in Handling Marketplace marketing campaign like Myntra Amazon Flipkart etc.
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Moengage, contlo etc. is compulsory.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
