**Job Title: Retention and Growth Marketing**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital and social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads
- Identify target audiences and devise strategies to reach them
- Optimize website content and create engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to customer queries on social media
- Track and analyze Application and website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Monitor competitors’ activities
- Generate engaging content ideas
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
- Liaise with social media agencies, content writers, and designers

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Retention and Growth Marketer
- Expertise in tools like MoEngage, CleverTap and Appflyer
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM and SMM
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools
- BSc/BA in marketing or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
