Google Ads & Retention Marketing Specialist – FarmDidi Location: Pune (WFO) Experience: 1+ year CTC: ₹3-4 LPA Role Overview: FarmDidi is looking for a highly analytical Google Ads & Retention Marketing Specialist to manage paid digital campaigns and maximize customer retention. The role covers Google Ads strategy, conversion tracking, competitive analysis, and multichannel retention efforts aimed at driving customer growth and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to grow awareness and acquire new customers. - Track and report conversion metrics using Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity; propose actionable insights. - Analyze competition strategies and identify best practices for implementation. - Lead and manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to retain existing customers, including segmentation and personalized engagement. - Collaborate with content and support teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve customer lifecycle value. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities. - 1+ years of experience running Google Ads campaigns; certifications are a plus. - Experience in conversion tracking and familiarity with Microsoft Clarity. - Knowledge of retention marketing, especially via WhatsApp and email. - Ability to analyze competitors and adapt campaign strategies. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
