**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist with expertise in setting up and optimizing Google Search and Performance Max campaigns. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1.) Develop, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
2.) Implement and manage Google Performance Max campaigns to maximize reach and engagement across various platforms.
3.) Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for campaign expansion.
4.) Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
