**Responsibilities**:
1. Developing comprehensive strategies for Facebook and Google campaigns
2. Setting up campaigns on both platforms and optimizing them for maximum performance
3. Analyzing campaign data to determine areas of improvement
4. Testing new ad formats and targeting options
5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully
6. Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices
7. Identifying opportunities to increase ROI

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of success in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
2. Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, ad copy optimization, etc.
3. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords
