Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Pune for a Meta Ads and Google Ads Expert. The expert will handle the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The role involves monitoring ad performance, conducting in-depth analytics, performing competitive analyses, and devising strategies to achieve maximum ROI. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns tailored to the target audience and aligned with ChikuPiku's goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting ad performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and identifying trends.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management.
  • Experience in crafting compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and platform-specific best practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Prior experience in the child education or parenting domain is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or relevant fields preferred.
