**Role Overview**:
The **Executive Assistant to the Chairman** will serve as a key strategic partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support. This role requires an individual with deep industry knowledge of **real estate**, alongside traditional EA responsibilities such as scheduling, correspondence, and stakeholder management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic & Business Support**
- Help conduct in-depth **real estate market research, financial analysis, and project feasibility studies** to support decision-making.
- Track and analyze **key real estate metrics** such as absorption rates, pricing trends, development costs, and ROI.
- Assist in reviewing investment proposals, business plans, and strategic reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries on **market insights, competitor analysis, and project performance**.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal teams on project-related matters.
**2. Project Management & Coordination**
- Oversee and coordinate high-priority **real estate projects**, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, architects, consultants, and external partners to streamline project execution.
- Monitor project deliverables, flagging potential risks and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
- Support the Chairman in **tracking project progress**, approvals, and compliance with regulations.
**3. Executive & Administrative Support**
- Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Draft high-level communications, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, and high-profile events.
**4. Relationship Management & Liaison**
- Act as a trusted point of contact between the Chairman and high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination on projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Key Qualifications & Experience**:
- **6+ years of experience** as an **Executive Assistant or Business Assistant** in the **real estate or development sector**.
- Strong knowledge of **real estate market dynamics, financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and project management**.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Finance, or a related field** (MBA is a plus).
- Exceptional skills in **MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and discretion in handling sensitive business matters.
- Experience in dealing with **UHNW clients, investors, and luxury real estate stakeholders**.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
- Ability to **work independently** while managing high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
