**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant to the CEO** with at least 3 years of experience. This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, enabling smooth and efficient operations by managing schedules, communications, and special projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar & Schedule Management**: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.
**Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for internal and external meetings attended by the CEO.
**Project Management**: Assist in managing special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
**Document Preparation**: Draft, review, and manage confidential documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO’s use.
**Research & Data Analysis**:Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights on topics relevant to business strategies and CEO initiatives.
**Event Coordination**:Organize and coordinate events, including team meetings, off-sites, and other events led by the CEO.
**Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties such as filing, expense reporting, and office organization.**

**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant role or similar administrative support position.
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
**Organizational Skills**: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
**Problem Solving**: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
**Discretion & Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.
**Time Management**:Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
