**Job Summary**

The sales support coordinator / inside sale will be a part of the sales team, The role requires excellent communication skills, need customer interaction, validate inquiries, order follow up with clients, schedule appointments, manage communications, prepare and send offers, and secure order and process orders. Assisting sales representatives with operational tasks.

**Preferred Experience**:
Previous experience in sales function, client support, or tele sales in industries such as real estate, banking, insurance, call centres, service, or manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to validate inquiries and follow up on potential leads.
- Assist the sales team in appointment scheduling, preparing offers, and managing communications with clients.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations to secure orders.
- Process customer orders efficiently.
- Ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
