**About Zaggle**:

We are looking for a Digital onboarding executive to assist us in giving a world class experience to our customer. Be the voice of the product and provide seamless onboarding experience via voice support to customers and help them with any queries.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Provide consultation on set up of Expense service via the Setup Wizard.
- Provide access to implementation Toolkit and facilitate processing of appropriate system setup forms.
- Train the client project team on end-to-end workflow and the administrative tasks.
- Assist customers with onboarding related queries.
- Be the first point-of-contact for customers setting up their account using self-onboarding platform.
- Perform digital onboarding journey gap analysis and provide regular feedbacks to improve the digital experience.
- Actively follow-up with customers in case of dropouts, understand the problems and provide resolutions.
- Provide consultative expertise to the client including guiding clients through key decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of SaaS enterprise support experience.
- Prior experience of SaaS onboarding platform is desirable.
- Experience in configuring or setting up software for business
- Digital assistance experience required
- Prior experience of working in private banking/insurance customer onboarding support, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service driven focus
- Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who is well organized and takes ownership
- Ability to question traditional/conventional practices and propose change
- Solid written and oral communication skills

**Preferred Skills**:
Voice customer support, strong communication (oral and written), Problem solving skills, goal oriented.
