**About Zaggle**:
Zaggle is a B2B2C SaaS FinTech company digitizing spends to drive growth and unlock value through innovative and automated workflows.

We are looking for a Product Manager to assist us take our EMS platform to the next level. You will be in-charge of bringing our brilliant teams together to establish a product strategy/ roadmap and collaborate with our engineering team to deliver it to the market.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product.
- Work closely with marketing team and multiply reach of the product by 20x and support the digital onboarding experience.
- Think out of the box strategies to deliver world class experience to all user personas.
- Bring together our cross functional teams to turn great ideas into reality and delight our customers.
- Drive the evolution of the product by leading cross-functional team meetings.
- Determine product features based on market research and client requirements.
- Be the primary source of information both internally and externally regarding product capability now and in the future.
- Create the cost benefit analysis and identify driver impact for any feature to determine priority.
- Create and maintain product documentation including PRD/BRD/FRD’s.
- Create wireframes using Adobe or similar tools.
- Dissect large product feature ideas into bite size user stories
- Influence a cross-functional team of developers, design, and stakeholders to focus on the right things to build
- Become the product expert and be able to answer the toughest questions about how it works

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3+ years in software Product Management for a B2B/B2C startup. Preferably in a Fintech/HRTech space.
- Prior experience of digital onboarding platforms.
- Should have delivered products which have had adoptions in Scale at B2C or B2B in a short period of time, this is a mandatory requirement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service driven focus
- Ability to draw wireframe using Adobe or similar tools is a must
- Ability to pick up new concepts and technology quickly, including understanding complex details
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams, designers, stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile as Product Owner using KanBan and Scrum processes
- Technical depth and aptitude, including a solid understanding of web/mobile technologies, ROR, Node.js and API services is good to have but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of project management software (Jira, Github)
- Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who is well organized and takes ownership
- Ability to question traditional/conventional practices and propose change

**Preferred Skills**:
IT Product Management, Jira, API’s, Digital innovation, PRD, B2B/ B2B2C SaaS.
