The Communications team is a longstanding team responsible for driver communication. We make an impact by creating campaigns and communication for drivers. Our team is made up of planners, content creators, copywriters, graphic designers and a production team. **Get to know the Role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You create content and publish it to inform or educate drivers about promotions, campaigns, or any updates
- You will work with many teams in Grab to get the requirement for communication
- You will work closely with the driver community team to get feedback from drivers and develop content as the feedback
- You will manage the communication channel to schedule content and communication
- You will work with a graphic designer to create artwork to communicate and educating the driver

**The Must-Haves**
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility
- You have the experience of working with the team
- You are experienced to do the content eg. Facebook page, blog, and Youtube
- You can use the Thai language fluently, especially in writing
- You are knowledgeable of social media
