**Job Title: CA Associate - Audit**

**Location**: Thane
- Mumbai, Maharashtra.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**:40,000 to 60,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies based on client needs.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyse financial statements and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review audit working papers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to gather information and clarify queries during the audit process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the audit team.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and audit practices.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified/Semi Qualified CA.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in audit.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
