Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize TALLY for accounting tasks, including data entry and financial reporting.
- Conduct customer follow-up and marketing calls to maintain strong relationships and generate sales leads.
- Prepare quotations in Microsoft Word according to customer requirements.
- Manage purchase and sales entries in Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain price lists for various products and customers, updating them as needed.
- Conduct follow-up communication with clients via WhatsApp to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in TALLY for accounting purposes is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
