Job Profile;
- Accounting activities in Tally software and as well sales and related activities.
- **Answer and direct phone call.**
- **Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.**
- **Created, managed and organized all files and folders; hard copy and on the computer.**
- **Assisted in general office duties.**
- **Update and maintain office policies and procedures.**
- **Maintained vendor invoicing in company's accounting system.**
- **Handling Office staff salary processing, Handling Petty Cash.**
- **Order office supplies suppliers.**
- **Created and maintained the filing system for correspondence and list maintenance.**
- **Maintaining various types of database in excel, word document & updating them on regular basis.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
