**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role includes handling correspondence, managing office supplies, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting staff and clients with various tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (physical and digital)
Schedule meetings and appointments
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Support the office team with data entry and record keeping
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common office areas
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
salary: 14K - 15K
