Business Systems Support

Overview / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the BSS Projects Manager this role is responsible for managing projects and supporting with the delivery of Cat 2 projects as the business lead managing change management and testing.

The role will work closely with all the Business and all BSS functions through the full project life cycle from initial scope to hyper care to manage risks for successful delivery of the project.

This role will work with the BSS Project manager to manage the BSS governance process.

**General responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of BSS projects and governance processes.
- Work with the business and BSS & BAU teams to review and scope new BSS governance requests.
- Manage smaller BSS projects from initiatial approval through to completion
- Manage all business reporting requests through to completion
- Support BSS managers with management and delivery of smaller projects and communicate change
- Follow an established change management processes, working with the business and BSS teams to effectively deliver change and training
- Manage the testing process for Cat 2 and other BSS projects, coordinate appropriate personnel for SIT and UAT
- Document all phases of projects and ensure business sign formal sign off where required
- Responsible for regular project reporting with the business and BSS teams
- Support the project manager with Cat 2 reporting
- Request feedback from all personnel engaged in the project to create a lesson learned document
- Understand reporting analyst role and provide support/cover when required

Skills / Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent in experience.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- F&A or P&O functional experience and knowledge preferred
- A willingness to design and implement standard business processes to ensure successful systems deployment.
- Able to effectively work with all levels to deploy and continue to develop systems landscape to provide value across a range of functions
- A willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
