We are looking for immediate joiner - Gurugram location (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Identifying, defining, and documenting business requirements and test cases

2) Driving the requirement workshops with key stakeholders

3) Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new LOS system

4) Maintaining traceability between BRDs, FSDs and test cases

5) Establishing the technical vision and analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts

6) Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functional testing of the new system (LOS)

7) Assisting technically and functionally in training the user group and support team.

8) Advising stakeholders on alternative ways of achieving the requirement which can be done by configuration rather than customization in the platform.

Must Have:

  • Education: Graduate degree

  • Proven hands-on experience as Sr. Business Analyst or Consultant for large LOS implementation project, preferably in retail lending

  • Exposure to Newgen IBPS and NEMF platforms is preferred.

Skill Set:

  • Strong understanding of retail lending / LOS processes and workflows

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to document and write BRDs, test cases etc.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in retail lending
