Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of our HR technology solutions. The primary responsibility will be planning and documentation, ensuring clear, comprehensive, and structured artifacts that guide product development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into well-defined documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), and PRD (Product Requirement Document) etc.
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure clarity across all teams.
* Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the product.
* Support requirement prioritization and change management to ensure timely delivery.
* Assist in process mapping, workflow design, and use case creation.
* Participate in product validation and ensure requirements are met before release.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline planning and execution.
* Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions; knowledge of SQL and Python will be considered an advantage.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in product or project-driven environments.
* Strong expertise in preparing structured documents such as BRD, SRS, PRD, and other requirement artifacts.
* Familiarity with HR tools/products (preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
* Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is desirable.
