ERP System Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ERP System Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to users across various departments, resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance. Additionally, they will be tasked with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Business User Support: Provide extensive support to users, resolving issues, offering training, and remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
