
Office Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- _**Travel Coordination**:_ Arrange and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages for individual and group clients.
- _**Vendor Management**:_ Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to negotiate rates and ensure quality service delivery.
- _**Itinerary Planning**:_ Develop detailed travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets, ensuring all logístical aspects are covered.
- _**Customer Service**:_Address client inquiries, provide travel advice, and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
- _**Budget Management**:_ Monitor travel budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and provide clients with accurate pricing information.
- _**Compliance**:_Ensure all travel arrangements comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel disruptions effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and client feedback; prepare reports on travel operations as required.
