The Office Coordinator will play a vital role in administrative duties, staff support, and maintaining a professional environment for students and staff alike.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage scheduling for meetings, events, and training sessions, including coordination with instructors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required
- Support HR in onboarding processes, new employee orientation, and training
- Handle document filing, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other light accounting duties
- Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable for students, staff, and visitors
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or office management
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrator, or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
