- ordinator cum Office Coordinator**
**Location - Nehru place**
**Experience - At least 1-2yrs**
**Salary upto-25k ctc**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**
Coordinate and communicate with the sales team regarding daily tasks, targets, and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases, lead records, and sales reports.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals.
Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and feedback.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Support management in monitoring sales targets and achievements.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist clients with product/service information.
**Office Coordination & Administration**
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, HR, logistics, etc.) for smooth operations.
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining attendance records, and preparing reports.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all administrative documents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
