We are hiring **Married Female Office Coordinator**
Location - Wazirpur, Delhi
Qualification: - Minimum Graduation
Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years
**Salary**: - Rs. 20k-25k (negotiable)
Working Tenure - 10 - 6 pm (6 Days)
Skills:
Knowledge of managing the things actively.
Professional manner and pleasing appearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail & having good communication skills.
Proficient in IT skills like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are looking for an Executive, office executive/coordinator who brings in a minimum of
2-3 years of relevant expertise with Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication skills,
Secretarial support, proper coordination related with Tenders activities and other office
management activities.
Job description:
- 1. Preparing & Carry out all the tasks allotted by the Directors, proper formatting, collecting
& analyzing information, initiating communication and other assigned administration day
to day works.
2. Maintain confidentially and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other
communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and
responsibilities. Marinating payments process for utility bills.
3. Ability to be a multitasking personality and prioritize tasks, Manage information flow in
timely & accurate manner.
4. Organize and maintain the office filing system & documentation management.
5. Ability to manage secretarial activities and other activities assigned as & when required.
