Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant cum Office Coordinator to support senior management and ensure the smooth running of office operations. The role combines administrative assistance, office management, and project coordination in a creative and dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and client meetings.
Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate team meetings, events, and project documentation.
Handle correspondence and maintain client and vendor databases.
Assist with onboarding, attendance records, and HR tasks.
Support design projects by tracking deadlines and coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in EA, Office Coordination, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
