**Job Description**:
Assist in managing office facilities, coordinating repairs, and liasing with building management as needed
Ensure office is tidy, organised and having all required supplies for day-to-day operation
Manage and maintain the office equipments such as desktops, laptops, servers, lights, ACs etc. are powered up/down, connected/disconnected etc.
Job requires physical work such as shifting of desktops, connecting cables etc.
Arranging lunch/tea/coffee/snacks for employees, visitors etc.
Maintain and update company databases such as employees records, attendance, inventories etc.
Manage out-of-office works for deliveries etc.
Arrangements for company trips such as bookings of transport, travel, facilities etc.
Process and manage expense reports, invoices and other financial documents.
Handle receptionists duties at office front desk diligently as company’s face to all visitors (customers, employees, vendors etc.)
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings and events
Assist with administrative tasks to other departments as needed
Prepare Various cards like birthday cards, Festival cards, Anniversary etc.
Follow up with various vendors
**Skill Requirements**:
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Good knowledge of computer software usage such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools
Knowledge of creating videos, graphics etc. is a plus
Must have a 2-wheeler for office work. Fuel expense borne by company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,117.54 - ₹45,000.00 per month
