Manage daily LMS operations, including user account administration, course creation, and system configuration.
- Conduct regular maintenance, system updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to users, assisting with platform functionality, troubleshooting, and query resolution.
- Conduct training sessions or develop resources (e.g., guides, tutorials) to improve LMS usability and user confidence.
- Oversee the uploading, organization, and ongoing maintenance of course content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure materials are correctly formatted and seamlessly integrated into the LMS.
- Generate and analyze reports on user engagement, completion rates, and other metrics to measure learning outcomes.
- Support occasional system updates or urgent technical tasks outside regular business hours, as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
