Job description Responsibilities - Managing Learning Management System & Virtual/Instructor Led training programs Administration of LMS for all the stakeholders; co-ordinate with LMS service provider & Vendor for troubleshooting Orientation of various stakeholders on LMS features and its usage as well as increasing the enrolment of online learning modules. Be responsible for Vendor Management related activities Monitoring usage of online learning courses and the assessment scores & using same data for reviews Responding to queries pertaining to training matters, resolving cases within 24hrs Provide support for training issues Schedule and create courses in the LMS Generate and analyze reports Monitor the quality of Virtual & Instructor led training programs & enhance their performance with quality & highest level of standards Ability to manage high priority projects Understanding customer needs & servicing the queries Collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks while demonstrating initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision. Qualifications Experience with Learning Management Systems Online E-learning Courses deployment Pre, During & Post project work Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Good communication skills Job Location - Mumbai, PowaiExperience -5-6 years
