Outbound calls to potential customers, understand their learning requirement, council and recommend specific training as per their career aspiration - Create and follow up with prospective leads and drive them to closure reach daily targets - Reporting output on a daily basis - Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases - Research on different tools to increase the sales - Basic Qualifications - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate; OR 4th year students from an engineering institute in computer science, electronics, mechanical, chemical, information science. - Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high pressure environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment. - Understanding of telesales in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets. - Excellent spoken and written English skills - Proficient in general computer management, Microsoft Excel &Word - This is a global role where customers are spread across geography/time zones. - Comfortable for afternoon or night shifts. - Pre-requisites (must Haves) - Laptop & Mobile phone - High speed Unlimited Broadband internet connection at home **Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month Day range: - Monday to Friday Shift: - Day shift - Evening shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred)
