Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic Travel Sales Executives with proven experience in B2C travel sales to join our Gurugram team. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, understanding their travel requirements, promoting tailored packages, closing sales, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers for selling domestic and international travel packages.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and close B2C sales effectively.
  • Provide detailed information on itineraries, pricing, visa, and travel insurance.
  • Upsell and cross-sell travel add-ons to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales / Travel Packages.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal & written).
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of travel industry products, packages, and processes.
