
L & D Trainer - Female Only

Job Description:
- Facilitate learning modules, identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement of
our L&D programs, design and implement innovative learning experiences, manage
learning projects, and ensure our work is data-driven and impactful.
- Planning, delivering and administering training programs for internal employees, on
the product features and functionalities.
- Facilitate and coordinate selected modules as part of our employee professional
development programs focusing on ,but not limited to Leadership Training, DEI,
People & Workforce management, Interpersonal skill development etc.
- Work with the leadership and stakeholders, and the available data, to identify skill gaps
and priority areas of development to be addressed.
- Working with the product team to keep yourself updated on product features and
functionalities and be the point of contact to maintain all the process changes, process
documents and later train the teams on any changes.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all
employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Propose the approach to measuring the learner's performance and develop assessment
and impact measurement instruments.
- Leverage new technologies and innovative strategies to increase the efficiency and
scalability of our people & processes.
- Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make
improvements where required.
- Suggest & implement new & effective L&D programs for employees in the
organization from time-to-time.
- Create employee engagement opportunities in the organization via. L&D activities.
- Managing the Learning & Development budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Any graduation is preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a
plus
- A minimum of 2-5 years' with facilitating virtual & or offline training.
- Strong business partnership experience; ability to successfully collaborate with
multiple global stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Awareness on corporate training topics like Leadership excellence, DEI, Workforce &
people management, interpersonal skill development would come handy.
- Ability to design & execute thoughtful, engaging, inclusive and impactful content
including writing effective copy and storyboarding.
- Corporate training experience is an added advantage
- Preferable
- **Hindi speaking is Preferred**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,082.22 - ₹60,203.50 per month
