
Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company. They are responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Maintain records and update contact lists
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Handle visitor logs
- Support other departments with administrative needs when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowldge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems)
- Experience with scheduling software or customer management tools
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
