We are looking for a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our Aviation Academy. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative duties, and being the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The Front Office Executive will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the academy and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet students, parents, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Provide accurate information about the courses, schedule, and other academy-related queries.
- **Student Admission Support**: Assist with the admission process, provide necessary forms and documents, and ensure smooth enrollment for new students.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage appointments, training schedules, and meetings for faculty and staff. Coordinate training room arrangements and resources.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate student records, track attendance, and assist with the preparation of reports.
- **Visitor Management**: Welcome and register visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or personnel.
- **Cash Handling & Billing**: Process payments for course fees, generate receipts, and manage financial transactions under supervision.
- **Communication & Correspondence**: Prepare and send out communication regarding events, workshops, or important updates to students, parents, and staff.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and timely ordering.
- **Academy Promotion**: Promote the academy’s services and programs to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum of a graduate or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the education or aviation industry.
**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: ₹8,920.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
