**About Growpital**

Growpital is an alternative investment platform that provides retail investors investment opportunities in agriculture to earn 10-17% of fixed tax-free returns. Growpital does this by investing in a portfolio of farm projects by diversifying into various locations, growing multiple crops and practicing different types of farming. Growpital provides an avenue to investors to directly impact the agricultural industry and at the same time earn tax free fixed returns. The funds and resources are invested by Growpital into diversified farm projects providing them with the right resources and services to mitigate risks and achieve operational goals.

**Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities**
- Market Research to develop warm leads
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Up sell additional products as need arises
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders
- Negotiate price with clients who are interested in making orders
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
