About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sale support efficiently.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's in Business and Administration (MBA) , or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in IT Industry.
