Square Yards leverages data analytics and VR tools to innovate traditional market ecosystems, aiming to build India's first MLS. Apart from the main platform, adjacent B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital are also scaling up to become industry leaders.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing expert advice on properties, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role also involves keeping track of market trends, maintaining client databases, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate property features and benefits
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
