With operations in global markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada, Square Yards facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth over $1 billion annually. Leveraging data analytics and virtual reality tools, Square Yards aims to revolutionize traditional marketplaces by building the first multiple listing service (MLS) in India. The company also scales up adjacent B2C platforms, including Azuro and Interior Company, to become category leaders.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying or renting process. Daily tasks include managing and updating property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also have to collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transactions and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Experience in managing and updating property listings
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Should be comfortable with field visits.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role is a plus
