Job Title: Sales Associate

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused 
Sales Associate
 with at least 
1 year of proven sales experience
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic documentation as required.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and stock arrangements.
  • Support in promotional activities and merchandising.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 
    1 year of experience
     in sales (retail, FMCG, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (POS, Excel, email).
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and strong customer-handling skills.
