Job Title: Sales Executive (IT Company)
*Job Summary:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation:* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching prospects, cold calling, networking, and utilizing digital marketing tools.
- *Client Acquisition:* Build relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
- *Sales Presentations:* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of the IT solutions.
- *Negotiation and Closing:* Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
- *Account Management:* Maintain relationships with existing clients, offering additional solutions to meet their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- *Market Research:* Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- *Sales Reporting:* Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity tracking on a regular basis to management.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, software, and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Client retention rate.
- Revenue growth per account.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure sales.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and client needs.
- Strong network of contacts in the IT industry.
